North Sydney Street Sign Sale
The available signs To the best of our knowledge, the signs listed here are the ones available for purchase. There may be some that have ‘disappeared’ between being taken down and stored for us so we cannot absolutely guarantee that every sign listed will actually be there.
If you purchase in advance and we cannot find your sign, you will get a full refund.
Condition of signs Signs will be sold in the condition in which we find them. As they have been in use around the municipality for many years, we cannot guarantee that all will be in good condition.
Conditions of purchase
- Signs must be paid for in advance.
- They will not be reserved without payment.
- Payment can be made over the telephone with a Visa or Mastercard or in person at the Community Centre.
- Sales will ONLY be accepted between 10am and 5pm Tuesday to Friday.

How it all works When you purchase your sign, you will receive a receipt with the name of the street clearly written on the back of the receipt.
- Volunteers will be at the North Sydney Market on October 11th between 10am and 3pm to assist you in procuring your pre-purchased sign.
- Signs can only be picked up on this day.
- The signs and the volunteers will be located at the red gazebo in Civic Centre Park, beside the North Sydney Council Chambers at 200 Miller Street, North Sydney.
- If you are unable to collect the sign yourself, give your receipt to someone else who can collect it for you. We will not release the signs unless the receipt is produced.
- As this is a fundraising exercise for the North Sydney Community Centre and a bit of fun for the residents, we ask that the sale of these signs be taken in good spirit and that patience and good humour is maintained by all.
