Learn to make a fetta style cheese, a traditional Fromage Frais (hooped in little white baskets) and fresh curd, flavoured with herbs. Bring at least 3 plastic containers to take your cheeses home. A light lunch of woodfired breads, mesclun and cheese will be served. Ingredients included.
