Create fresh and intoxicating Thai flavours with simple techniques. Learn to blend traditional and exotic ingredients to make entrees, soups, pastes, curries and other tasty Thai dishes. All ingredients brought fresh from the green grocer and local Asian stores. Classes are hands-on, so bring your favourite sharp knife, apron and a good appetite. The evening menu, ingredients, valuable tips, ideas and shopping locations are all discussed over the evening. $80 for ingredients over the 4 weeks payable on the first evening.
