Virtual Photography Intermediate (Level 2)

NSCC Intermediate Level 2

Our Virtual Intermediate Photography course is written and developed by Ray especially for those who were forced to be in the lockdown but are now looking forward to slowly getting back to normal.

Term 3 will see us working virtually via Zoom on the theory side of Photography, with group practical sessions carried out off-campus in wide open spaces.  (Beach, Zoo, Park etc.)

The aim of the Level 2 Intermediate course is to advance from beginners, providing you with the knowledge and skills required for a keen hobbyist and to really understand your camera. The aim is to bring you up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge, covering every aspect of photography.

The content of the course will include:  assignments, evaluations, theory and software sessions, delivered by experienced photographer and teacher, Ray Williams, with a banter and enthusiasm that will be engaging and informative.

Virtual courses in Term 3 will run for 9 sessions.

This course will be delivered in a hybrid of online and on-site classes supported by online assignments, resources and group discussion boards. Weekly face-to-face learning with your tutor and other students will be undertaken on both the Zoom videoconferencing platform and in on-site, practical lessons at selected outdoor locations.

Maintaining COVID-19 safety precautions of social distancing and safe hygiene practice is a priority in all on-site lessons.
