A special 3 week course to keep you fit and healthy through the January summer holidays!
A high impact (jumping moves offered) and low impact aerobic exercise class. This class is suited for the over 50’s and all fitness levels are welcome, although students enrolling must be able to get down and up from the floor with ease. This class also contains a strength training component. Please bring a water bottle and a towel.
Marion Claridge has been teaching a variety of Group Fitness classes for over 11 years, including having owned and operated her own fitness business for 3 of those years. Along with her permanent teaching positions at various Fitness Clubs, Marion also teaches Senior Fitness at Community Centres and Weight Training at High Schools during the school terms.
