Tai Chi & Qi Gong: Enhance Mental Health

Tai Chi & Qi Gong exercise is suitable for everybody. This mindful exercise improves energy and helps when feeling low or anxious and creates inner harmony, strengthens mental energy, and helps you to relax and have a peaceful mind.

Tutor: Angela Tian Zhu

Angela Tian Zhu is a ATMS qualified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), World Academic Society of Medical QI Gong Council Member and a AKWF National Accredited Qi Gong and Tai Chi instructor. Angela was born in Beijing and followed in the footsteps of her grandfather, father and mother to become a TCM practitioner. She has practised in China and Europe and has been in practice in Australia since 1992. Now she teaches at WEA Sydney, Mosman Community College, North Sydney Community Centre, Waverton Senior Hub, schools and corporate companies.
