Hatha yoga combines postures, breath work and meditation to restore energy levels, increase oxygenated blood flow to the brain, revitalise and calm the nervous system and assist motivation and focus. All levels welcome. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Vivienne started as a young ballet dancer and moved into teaching fitness classes for many years. She then added Pilates, both mat and reformer to her repertoire whilst practising Bikram Yoga for over 12years. She then decided to learn and teach Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. Vivienne loves the idea of moving the body in a flow of asanas (poses) sequencing them in a way to keep the participant in tune with their body and their breath as they move.
