Juggling for Fun and Fitness

Learn a fun circus skill that offers many benefits for the mind, body and soul.

You can juggle anywhere at any time. Juggling maintains and increases your range of movement in your arms and shoulders. Juggling is unique because it combines gross and fine motor skills together. It makes you smarter and sharpens your concentration. Juggling is the ultimate stress relief, incredibly FUN and a beneficial skill for all age groups.

If you have never juggled before John will demonstrate the basics with props that will allow you plenty of time to catch thus fast-tracking your progress to become proficient at juggling. If you can already juggle John has some great moves for you to add to your routine. The classes will then move onto some fun exercises and tricks with 1 and 2 balls before moving on to 3 balls. If you have prior experience and want an extra challenge John can teach you to juggle advanced ball tricks or even juggling clubs.

John has many years experience teaching fitness and 1000's of people to juggle.
