Pilates For Beginners

Designed to help students achieve strength, stability and flexibility through utilising the basic Pilates principles of breathing and alignment of pelvis, rib cage, scapula, head and cervical spine. It will be an introduction to this amazing way of exercising. Come along and experience the benefits of Pilates - your muscles will be forever grateful! Expect an hour of fun, exciting and beautiful connection of body and mind. 

Please note there will be no class on Saturday 2nd November due to our Student Tutor Exhibition.

Tutor: Pamela Lam

Pam left behind the corporate media and marketing world after the birth of her baby boy Sebastian in 2017. She credits Pilates with keeping her in shape physically and mentally during her pregnancy and now as a mum to a happily active and busy toddler. Pam decided to follow her heart and love of Pilates, retraining as a Certified Practitioner of Pilates Mat with Polestar Australia in 2018, and is so happy to be able to share her love of Pilates and its benefits with her clients across Sydney.
