Total Body Conditioning is a music based, easy to follow, Pilates-inspired muscle toning class using standing and mat strengthening exercises. The workout is low impact and joint friendly. Use your own body weight to help burn fat, build strength, increase endurance, reshape and improve muscle mass.
No equipment. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
EXERCISE TYPE Total Body Conditioning . Strengthen joints and Tone muscles. Improve Balance, flexibility, mobility and posture. Specific Core exercises for standing and floor.
INTENSITY Low / Moderate.
FITNESS LEVELS All fitness levels. You can increase or decrease your own workout pace. There are also standing modifications for most Mat exercises, If getting down and up from the floor is an issue, or if kneeling causes you discomfort. Marion Claridge has been teaching a variety of Group Fitness classes for over 11 years, including having owned and operated her own fitness business for 3 of those years. Along with her permanent teaching positions at various Fitness Clubs, Marion also teaches Senior Fitness at Community Centres and Weight Training at High Schools during the school terms.
