Usuff, born in Hong Kong of an Indian and Chinese background, joined his first laughter club in Sydney in 2002. In 2004 he began leading laughter at various laughter clubs in Sydney and trained with the founder of laughter yoga, Dr Madan Kataria both here and abroad. Usuff has presented laughter sessions to various councils, health organizations, libraries and businesses in Sydney over the years, and to organizations in the US and Hong Kong. He leads a regular laughter yoga session at North Sydney Community Centre. Recently he was invited to laugh with Jackie O and Kyle Sandilands of 2 Day FM in their studio, and was featured in the Sunday Telegraph’s Body And Soul.
