Juggling is unique because it combines gross and fine motor skills together. Juggling maintains and increases your range of movement in your arms and shoulders. It makes you smarter and sharpens your concentration. Juggling is the ultimate stress relief, incredibly FUN and a beneficial skill for all age groups and you can juggle anywhere, at any time.

If you have never juggled before John will demonstrate the basics with props that will allow you plenty of time to catch thus fast-tracking your progress to become proficient at juggling. The classes will then move onto some fun exercises and tricks with 1 and 2 balls before moving on to 3 balls.

If you can already juggle, John has some great moves for you to add to your routine, and if you have prior experience and want an extra challenge John can teach you to juggle advanced ball tricks or even juggling clubs.
