This class is limited to 16 students.

Dance and Feel Sexy - A 45 min dance tabata workout.

  • First 30 min is dance tabata - calorie burning zone (4min rounds x 6 high energy funky songs)
  • Last 15 mins, putting together a short, simple and easy to remember dance routine. 
  • Burn up to 250 calories in 45min dance tabata session 
  • Catered to beginners, awkwards dancers and  2 left feet
  • Dance style: hip hop moves to help with toning and strengthening, latin inspired moves to help with aerobic movements and cardio

Tutor: Reena Garcia

Reena is a fitness instructor who has a love and passion for dance and movement. She has been a freestyle dancer since her tweens. She is an avid believer in moving the body in a fun way. She has been a personal trainer for nearly 8 years. Her passion lies within helping women with stepping out of their comfort zone and being confident. Combining her fitness experience and counseling therapy for the inner women, she has found that these skills together helps with mental and physical health for women.
