Women come to me for help with their health and wellbeing. A lot of the women I work with haven't done much exercise in the past. They aren't fans of the gym, they've tried different classes but have not stuck to any as they found it boring or intimidating to be in. When working with these women, a lot of them come to me for weightloss and toning, but as we work together, we discover there is more going on in their lives on a deeper level. Helping you to reconnect with your body through dance and build your confidence levels is what I do best When I am not teaching women, you can find me spending time with family and friends, enjoying nice food and a nice glass of wine, going to live gigs and getting my dance on.
