Feel stronger, more energised, flexible and lengthened through Pilates’ challenging, dynamic and fun techniques.
***Note 8 week term: no class on 11 August.
Pilates improves strength, stability and flexibility by focusing on the body’s core architectural system - the deep stabilising postural muscles of the spine and trunk, increasing control of the back, pelvis, hips, neck and shoulders. Suitable for people at all stages of life, Pilates also aids the treatment of back pain and helps reduce stress.
**This class will be delivered online in Term 4, using the Zoom video platform. To take part, you will need to download and install Zoom from the internet, and set up a free ‘basic’ account.
