Gokulan Gopal has been Sydney based since 2009. The idea of starting travel courses was inspired by his travel with friends to culture rich places and explore. He now has a personal interest in taking travel to the next level. My area of interests are Cultural Exploartion, Bicycle Touring and Penny-farthing riding. When it comes to South India Travel, Gokulan took inspiration from his wedding in his home town where 30 of his overseas friends (Australia, UK, USA & Dubai) came together and enjoyed local food, meeting my family, friends, relatives & local people. He organised accommodation and activities from the time they landed in Chennai. At that time Gokulan realized how hard it is to find the right accommodation and design activities around people & culture as there is limited information on the internet and also not many tourists come to that part of the world. More importantly having a friend or known person in the town was certainly helpful.
