Homeland Streetfood was born out of a simple craving for the modest pita and falafel found on nearly every street corner in Israel. Father and daughter team, Motti and Dafna will help you create the nutritious streetfood which has been part of their heritage. We will be making a traditional Israeli brunch including the famous shakshuka and falafel.
Motti has always been the family home cook and upon retirement in 2013 he and his daughter Dafna established Homeland Streetfood to keep Motti out of trouble! Together they have created an authentic menu which uses only fresh seasonal ingredients. Since 2013 they have operated in different farmers’ markets and festivals across Sydney as well as catering for private functions.
