It’s time to celebrate with the community! From life drawing and live music to fabulous food and outdoor Tai Chi, North Sydney Community Centre’s (NSCC) Open Day has something for everyone.
Come and discover the wide-range of events, courses and community services on offer at NSCC while enjoying a day of free entertainment. This year’s Open Day has a festival feeling, promising to be the biggest yet with free workshops, creative demonstrations, live music and markets stalls. There’ll be family fun including a kids animal farm, colourful craft, face-painting run by our Explorers Playgroup and a jumping castle for some afternoon fun.
Sample some of the many creative courses, including basket weaving, drawing and pottery, where you will contribute to the historic community ceramic tile wall; partake in some zumba, yoga, Tai Chi or hula hooping in the playground; listen to an impressive line up of student and professional musicians; watch artistic tutors at work making their art and answering your questions
