Health is not just the absence of disease; it is having a sense of vitality on many levels and the ability to cope with life’s ups and downs with energy and enthusiasm. Our environment can either be part of the problem or part of the solution. We look at what can be done on a daily basis to provide the best possible health outcomes.
In this workshop we look at all the many ways you can contribute to your own good health. We look at what stress is and how it affects us, we learn what food to eat and when, how you can sleep better and what other lifestyle measures we can incorporate into daily life to keep us humming, through the good times and keep us vital through the tougher times.
