Beeswax Wraps

Make your own practical, safe and eco-friendly beeswax wrap. In this workshop, learn how to make your own reusable and natural wraps. 

Beeswax wraps are not only eco-friendly but also very practical! Whether you want to wrap your fruit & vegetables, cheese & a loaf of bread or simply cover a bowl –beeswax wraps are the perfect replacement for plastic wrap. With our tutor Kirsty, you will make two small and a medium size wrap to take home with an instruction booklet and information on sustainably sourcing fabrics and beeswax. Also, please feel free to bring in a cotton fabric from home if you prefer a particular colour or design.

Kirsty Mootz

Kirsty has been making wraps since early 2015. They proved so popular with friends and family she started selling them at markets across Sydney along with her handmade organic skincare range. The wraps are now stocked at Cornersmith cafes in Sydney and Kirsty now teaches workshops across Sydney on how to make, care for and maintain their own wraps.
