Holly Davis - Book Launch @ Northside Produce Market

Holly Davis, inspired wholefood chef, author and educator, co-founded Sydney’s Iku Wholefoods in 1985. She has been intentionally fermenting food and drinks to deliciousness for over four decades. Her latest book Ferment - A practical guide to the ancient art of culturing foods, by Murdoch books, includes guidance for making and maintaining familiar and less well known probiotic rich fermented foods, at home. Join the fermentation revival and add a little culture to every meal.

Ferment will launch at the Northside Produce Markets on Saturday 16 September.

Fermenting fun will be had by all who wish to get involved, there will be probiotic cultures to take home and books to buy. 

PLEASE NOTE : In the case of wet weather, this book launch will be held inside the North Sydney Community Centre (located at the top of Civic Park).
