Long term friends and Australian filmmakers George Miller & Margaret Sixel, will launch Holly Davis’s newest book Ferment.
Join Holly Davis for an interactive talk and demonstration at Northside Produce Market, Sept 16 between 10-11am. All participants will have the opportunity to ‘scrunch’ cabbage, discover a few secrets and take home a little sample.
Holly Davis is an inspired wholefood chef, author (previous book Nourish), educator and co-founded Sydney’s Iku Wholefoods in 1985. She has been intentionally fermenting food and drinks to deliciousness for over four decades.
