Northside Produce Market is ‘adulterated’ and ‘fake’ free. Our honey stalls provide pure bee’s nectar. This Saturday at the Australian Honey Cellars stall, their honey range will include one of Kris and Lach ‘s very popular and special honey - the Eastern Leatherwood on Brown Barrel as well as an ol' favourite – the Spotted Gum.
Currong Comestible return this Saturday. Perfect timing as the weather warms up for Denyse’s Shrubs served with chilled still or fizzy water or a cheeky alcoholic beverage. These traditional ‘vinegar cordials’ using Australian native ingredients such as Rainforest Lime and Riberry are a winner and can also be used to marinate and cook food. Denyse has created chutneys incorporating this bush tucker too.
