Journey of Indian Street Food - Vol 2

Course Overview

If you’ve ever wandered through the bustling lanes of Mumbai or Delhi and caught a whiff of something spicy, crispy, or deeply comforting - this series is your chance to bring that magic home.

Journey of Indian Street Food is a hands-on, flavour-packed workshop series where you’ll learn how to recreate iconic Indian street food dishes using accessible ingredients and simple techniques.

Each volume focuses on a different set of regional favourites, from crispy puris and chutneys to hearty bowls and sliders - with something for everyone. No deep frying, no hard-to-find tools. Just vibrant flavours, smart shortcuts, and delicious food made from scratch.

Whether you’re vegetarian, spice-curious, or just love trying new things, this is your invitation to taste India, one plate at a time.

Menu:
  • Pani Puri
  • Kacchi Dabeli
  • Ragda Pattice
  • Tamarind-Date Chutney

Discover the sweet, spicy, and tangy side of Indian snacks! In this class, you’ll learn how to make Ragda Pattice - crispy potato patties topped with curried white peas - and Kacchi Dabeli, a spiced potato slider with peanuts and pomegranate. We’ll round it out with fun-to-assemble Pani Puri and a tamarind-date chutney you’ll want to put on everything.

What you’ll walk away with:
