Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll cook a delicious selection of Mediterranean dishes while learning tips and techniques from a professional chef.
The menu features a delicious range of Mediterranean favourites, including:
- Middle Eastern Shakshuka – eggs poached in a spiced tomato and pepper sauce
- Fish Fillet Piccata – pan-seared fish with a lemon-caper sauce
- Italian Arancini di Riso – crispy golden rice balls with a cheesy centre
- Mediterranean Chickpea Salad

- Hands-on experience with some dish preparation
- All ingredients and cooking equipment provided

What to Bring:
- Pen and paper for notes
- Cotton apron (or one will be provided)
- Closed-toe shoes
- No jewellery or loose ornaments
- Long hair must be tied back
- Takeaway containers if you'd like to bring home any leftovers
