Self-Care Day: Care That Connects
Course Overview
Held the day after International Self-Care Day, this workshop is a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Drawing on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we’ll explore how maintaining balance between our inner energy (Qi) and the external world is essential for good health. According to TCM, disruptions in this balance can lead to illness, while harmony supports vitality and wellbeing.
What Students Will Learn
You’ll learn why caring for your Qi is so important for your organs, blood circulation, and overall energy. We’ll look at how Qi moves through the body, what can disrupt that flow, and how to strengthen and balance your Qi in everyday life.
Angela will share practical tips and gentle techniques to help you support your health and wellbeing in a more mindful and connected way.
