Protection of Women's Four Stages

Course Overview

This empowering workshop explores the four key stages of a woman’s life: menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause, and their deep connection to lifelong physical and emotional wellbeing.

Drawing on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we will look at how the flow of Qi and blood plays a central role in maintaining balance and vitality.

Through this session, you will gain a deeper understanding of how your body and emotions relate to each stage, and learn how to support yourself through practical, everyday strategies.

Discover how to regulate your Qi and blood with nourishing lifestyle habits, mindful eating, simple acupressure techniques, and TCM-based food tips to help you feel healthier, happier, and more youthful.

Perfect for women of all ages who want to take a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

This special workshop is part of Women’s Health Week in September.
