Each volume focuses on a different set of regional favourites, from crispy puris and chutneys to hearty bowls and sliders - with something for everyone. No deep frying, no hard-to-find tools. Just vibrant flavours, smart shortcuts, and delicious food made from scratch.
Whether you’re vegetarian, spice-curious, or just love trying new things, this is your invitation to taste India, one plate at a time.
Menu:
Dahi Puri · Vada Pav (air-fried)· Misal· Coconut & Garlic Chutney
Experience a fresh round of vibrant, plant-based favourites from India’s streets. You’ll make Dahi Puri - crisp, airy shells filled with spiced potatoes, cooling yoghurt, and zingy chutneys. Then it’s Vada Pav, Mumbai’s beloved potato fritter sandwich (air-fried and served with punchy chutney).
Next, a hearty misal curry, topped with tomato-onion salsa, lemon, and crunchy bits for contrast. Everything’s tied together with a rich, toasty coconut and garlic dry chutney. Bold flavours, satisfying textures, and pure comfort on a plate.
