We’re so pleased that Stephen Hodges is joining the market with his range of artisan, small batch, smoked fish products. Stephen only uses Mt Cook Alpine Salmon, as it comes from low density farming in pure New Zealand glacial waters, with minimal human interaction and is simply the best salmon.
