Join our 30-minute Full Body Mobility Class with Resistance Bands! 

No matter your fitness level, this class is tailored for you.

Enhance your joint mobility and actively expand your range of motion. Utilising resistance bands ensures a safe and effective way to improve mobility. Plus, you have full control over the band's tension, allowing for personalised adjustments to suit your individual needs.

Course Breakdown
Week 1 and Week 2: A variety of standing and mat mobility exercises 
 
Week 3 and Week 4: A DIFFERENT variety of standing and mat mobility exercises
