- December’s 3 Vibration – December (1+2=3) is associated with celebration, community and creative expression — bringing a spirit of lightness, connection and upliftment.
- 2026 – A Universal 1 Year – Representing new paths and new beginnings, accompanied by the bold energy of the Yang Fire Horse — courage, movement and self-expression.
- December 5 – A Universal 9 Day – Symbolising completion and release, creating an opportunity for joyful closure and peaceful reflection before welcoming the new cycle of 2027.

- Sri Yantra Activation – Explore the symbolism of sacred geometry while bringing together the contrasting energies of Fire (Sagittarius) and Water (Scorpio), with a focus on balance, reflection and intention.
- Horse Medicine & Renewal – Reflect on the energies of the Fire Horse year, release what you are ready to leave behind and create space for renewal and transformation.
- Sound Healing & Frequency Alignment – Immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other sacred sound instruments, creating space for deep relaxation and stillness.

Heather is also an accomplished and Certified Pilates teacher.
She is the Director of Health Conscious Personal Training since 2003 specialising in Yoga, Pilates and personal Training to individuals and small groups in the Lower North Shore and surrounding Suburbs.
