Hi I am Angela. I am an ATMS-qualified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), World Academic Society of Medical QI Gong Council Member and an AKWF National Accredited Qi Gong and Tai Chi instructor. I have been running a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic to practise acupuncture since 1996. I have a deep understanding of QI (Energy) flow with our mind and body after practising Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) since 1976 and teaching Tai chi &Qi Gong from 1986. With the above experience, I have integrated the following three skills into my teaching to help people's Energy (QI) flow to have better quality life mentally and physically.1. Traditional Chinese Medicine theory with Yin and Yang philosophy 2. Qi Gong and Tai Chi (Taiji) exercise and theory3. Developed a special teaching method (mindfulness exercise). Why Energy (Chi) flow is so important? Without Energy (QI) flow we wouldn't exist. Our mind and body interconnect and mutually affect each other. My passion is to help people to put the Qi exercise in their daily life, such as how to do breathing/walking/standing/sitting/looking/hearing/talking and how to use mouth, tongue, hands, fingers, and toes with Qi (Energy) I was born in Beijing and followed in the footsteps of my grandfather, father, and mother to become a TCM practitioner. I have practised in China and Europe and have been in practice in Australia since 1992. I have been teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes and give workshops at North Sydney Community Centre since 1996. I have also taught at Sydney Traditional Chinese Medicine College, University of NSW, NIDA, and Confucius College, Campbelltown Hospital Mental Health Unit and other Community Centres. I teach Medical Qi Gong and Tai Chi (Taiji) and give workshops.
