Sunday Swings (Workshop)

Course Overview

Swing into a fun-filled afternoon and learn the basics of Swing Dance!

Discover the joy of Swing dancing and groove to the timeless tunes of the classic Big Band era!

No experience is needed. An absolute beginner's dance class will kick off at 2:00 pm, running for a quick 30 minutes. Don't worry about bringing a partner – everyone is welcome to join the dance floor!

Stick around afterwards to enjoy the upbeat Jazz music, with Evita as our fabulous DJ, ready to help you practice your newly learned dance moves!

For maximum enjoyment, wear "dance" shoes – comfy options that allow easy pivoting and turning. Shoes with hard leather soles or very-hard rubber are perfect. Dressing up a little is optional; what matters most is being comfortable and ready to move!

No partner? No problem! Come solo or bring your friends along – it's all about having a blast on the dance floor!

Please note: This workshop is $10 per adult, $5 per person aged 12-17, and children under 12 enjoy complimentary admission with adult supervision (please call (02) 9922 2299 to register anyone under 17 years).

Get ready to swing, laugh, and make new friends at Sunday Swings!
