How to Secure Your Booking
Party Venues are often busy on weekends, that’s why we always recommend to book in advance! To secure your booking, please follow these steps:
- Check the availability in the Party Venue Calendar for your preferred rooms.
- If your preferred room is available, fill out the Venue Hire Booking Form and send it to officeadmin@northsydneycentre.com.au
- If your preferred room is not available on your chosen date, please call us at 99222299, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Once we receive your venue hire booking form, we will contact you within 1 to 2 business days.

Parking
There is free parking at The North Sydney Council Car Park (Weekends only).
Public Transport
For those relying on public transport, the nearest bus stops are located at the corner of Miller & Ridge Streets and Pacific Highway. Additionally, the closest train station is North Sydney Station, with an exit available via Miller St.

Cancellation Policy
All booking cancellations must be received IN WRITING to the Venue Coordinator
No verbal cancellations will be accepted. In the event of a cancellation by the hirer, a percentage of the full booking charges will be forfeited by the hirer as follows:
- No notice given and not appearing on the hire date: 100% of the fee is forfeited.
- 24 hours or less before the hire date: 100% of the fee is forfeited.
- Between 1- 7 working days before the hire date: 50% of the fee is forfeited.
- More than 7 days: you will be refunded 100% of the fee less the 30% booking deposit.
The event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 month from the original date, at no cost.
