Course Overview

Embark on a culinary journey through Spain and discover the Flavours, traditions, and passion that make its cuisine world-famous.

In this hands-on workshop, you will experience Spain’s love for fresh ingredients, communal dining, and its rich regional specialties.

Our menu will feature:
  • Tortilla de Patatas - Spain’s iconic potato omelette, a rustic classic.
  • Pollo con Champignons - tender chicken with mushrooms, slow-cooked in rich Spanish style.
  • Traditional Spanish Paella - the star of Spanish cuisine, filled with saffron rice and hearty Flavors.
  • Classic Churros with Chocolate Dipping Sauce - the perfect sweet ending to your Spanish feast.

This is more than just cooking, it’s an opportunity to explore Spain’s culinary heritage while enjoying a fun, interactive, and delicious experience. 

What students should bring:
  • Pen and paper for notes
  • Cotton apron (or one will be provided)
  • Closed-toe shoes
  • No jewellery or loose ornaments
  • Long hair must be tied back
  • Takeaway containers if you'd like to bring home any leftovers
