Come ready to have fun, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong!

Course Breakdown

Every class includes 4 sections which are:

  • Music and dance (for our cardiovascular warm-up),
  • Weights
  • Balance and flexibility (use of exercise props)
  • Stretching.

The term is divided in 3 weeks intervals. A class routine is repeated whole over the course of 3 weeks with the purpose to build up strength and promote confidence through achievement. This outline provides an overview of what may be covered during the course; however, changes may occur based on various factors and the needs of the class.
