Italian Intermediate (B1)
Course Overview
For students who have completed at least 2 years of Italian tuition and can express themselves using present and past tense in everyday situations.
The focus will be on language in everyday situations, useful vocabulary and grammar as well as cultural immersions. The course is enriched with role-plays, audio-visual resources, fun games and activities to consolidate concepts and discover Italian culture. Improve your Italian and learn interesting facts about all aspects of Italian culture in a friendly atmosphere. Student participation and some home revision is required to consolidate what you learn in class.

Course content: Unit 1
Week 1: Revision lesson focused on conversation
Week 2: A fun game to revise most important structures
Week 3: The superlatives in Italian and how to use it
Week 4: Listening exercises and a game for conversation
Week 5: Cominciare and finire in the past
Week 6: Talking about what we can do using sapere
Week 7: Role play in class
Week 8: Famous Italian operas and a fun quiz
