Digital Drop-In Day: Get Confident Online

Feeling a bit stuck with your smartphone or tablet?

Want to learn how to make video calls to family, send emails, or access online government and health services with confidence?

Join us for a free, friendly, and informal Digital Drop-In Day hosted by the North Sydney Community Centre. This event is for older adults, members of multicultural communities, and anyone who wants to build their digital skills.  We will have a team of friendly digital "buddies" and tech-savvy student volunteers ready to provide one-on-one help.

What to Expect:

Personalised Help: Get support with your own device in a relaxed, judgement-free setting.

Help Stations: Explore themed digital help stations for things like setting up email, making video calls, or getting started with social media.

Take-Home Resources: We will help you register for the free Be Connected learning website, so you can continue building your skills at home.

Community: Enjoy tea, coffee, and light refreshments while you learn and connect with others.

Why attend?

We aim to reduce digital anxiety and help you feel more confident and connected online.

Bring a friend or family member along and get confident with your smartphone!
