Wormticklers began in 2012 with a simple, powerful mission: to get healthy, organic, and plastic-free seedlings into the hands of every Australian grower.

Founded by Jordan Sly, a certified permaculturist, our journey has been defined by a deep commitment to food sovereignty and sustainable, chemical-free agriculture.

Today, we continue that legacy from our Kenthurst nursery, raising strong, organic, chemical-free, seasonal seedlings for a new generation of gardeners.

Wormticklers has always been about more than just selling plants—it’s about education and inspiration. From sharing our 'Seed-to-Supper' philosophy with growers nationwide to our recurring role as resident gardening experts on the TODAY Show, we’ve spent over a decade helping Australians grow with confidence.

To date, our signature biodegradable coir pots have saved over 800,000 plastic pots from landfill.

We believe that every garden has the potential to be a design feature of the home and a source of incredible nutrition.

We look forward to seeing of you budding and expericenced home gardeners at our Northside Produce Market stall on the 1st and 3rdSaturdays of each month, to help you grow a greener, healthier future—one seedling at a time.

We do this with unending passion and positivity. We love what we do, and commit ourselves to providing the best tools for you to grow your own fresh, organic food.
