Fresh Pasta Making for Beginners
Course Overview
In this fun, relaxed, hands-on ‘Beginner Pasta Making’ cooking class, get ready to roll up your sleeves and make silky, fresh home-made pasta.
Will will guide you through traditional pasta making where no pasta machine is required, as well as demonstrate some pasta machine techniques. You will discover just how easy it is to make pasta with a few readily available ingredients. Will will also prepare a delicious sauce to complement the fresh pasta you’ve made so you can enjoy it together.
This class is ideal for anyone who has always wanted to try making their own pasta from scratch, or for those wanting to refresh their skills.
You will leave with a portion of the dough you’ve made to enjoy at home and inspire you to keep practicing, as well as three simple sauce recipes with ingredients and methods.
Will also encourages participants to walk away having made new connections and had some fun in the kitchen.
Get ready for a session of creation, cooking, and connection!
Students should bring
- An apron
- A container to take dough home
