In this engaging demonstration class, Ashraf will showcase a refined menu featuring:

  • Filet d’Agneau – Tender lamb fillet served with smoky aubergine and a vibrant salad.
  • Grilled Poulet with Emerald Spice – A perfectly seasoned and flame-grilled chicken dish bursting with flavour.
  • Fish Meunière – A timeless French favourite, delicately pan-fried with butter and lemon.
