Move and Tone
Course Overview
Move & Tone is a 45–50 minute, invigorating exercise class fully choreographed to music.
The class offers continuous, medium-paced movement, with options to modify intensity so participants can work at a level that suits them while maintaining an elevated heart rate.
Each session includes light cardiovascular routines with a Zumba-style feel, followed by muscle-toning exercises and a relaxing cool down. A variety of equipment is incorporated throughout the class, including hand weights, fitness bands, chair-based abdominal work, body weight exercises, and simple dance movements, providing full-body conditioning and variety.
This class is ideal for those looking for a moderate intensity workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strength, and overall body conditioning in an enjoyable, supportive environment.
