On The Mat
Course Overview
One Hour of resistance band and soft ball exercises!
This course is for any fitness level, although you must be comfortable to workout on the floor (mat).
Resistance band exercises, help recruit the “stabiliser muscles". This muscle group is significant because stabiliser muscles support our larger muscles and joints when we move.
Soft ball exercises can challenge our balance, and help keep our body is correct alignment when exercising. Ball exercises are very versatile when it comes to enhancing a “core “ workout , and/or isolating the tiny deep muscles in other parts of your body.
