Course Overview

SY&A is a Group Fitness, total body, music-based, aerobic dance and strength workout!

Music used in this class, has been specifically designed for this group fitness course, so expect a combination of disco, pop, rock, and some timeless oldies.

Not many places can say that. My exercise classes, Staying Young & Active, are the best I’ve ever had!"
