Staying Young & Active: Summer Edition
Course Overview
The music used in this class, has been specifically designed for this group fitness course, so expect a combination of disco, pop, rock, and some timeless oldies.
The first 30 minutes is your cardiovascular workout. A choreographed dance routine with grapevines, pivots, easy walks and Step knees amongst other moves.
The second 30 minutes is split between strength training with hand weights, and mat work ( lying on the floor ) for body strength exercises and core. End the hour with stretches.
Please Note: this course is designed for the more ACTIVE students.
