Walking Express Workout

Course Overview

Join our 30-minute indoor walking workout, suitable for all walking enthusiasts! 

This is more than just marching on the spot; it's an engaging and effective routine that can contribute around 3000 steps to your daily movement count. Regardless of the weather, this session is designed to provide you with a moderate-paced, low-impact, and joint-friendly walking experience. 

With fantastic music to keep you motivated, this workout is perfect for all age groups and fitness levels. Say goodbye to complicated choreography and equipment – this routine involves no mat work, lunges, squats, jumping, pivots, turns, or quick directional changes. 

Course breakdown

Walking movements, and arm patterns, will vary during this 9 week course, but there will be plenty of time to learn and varied enough to keep your walking workout interesting and enjoyable.

Music selection: 

Week 1-3: Disco 

Week 4-6: Soul and Easy Rock

Week 7-9: Retro ( all the classics ) 

Term 2 Dates

Term 2 for Walking Express Workout runs from Saturday 27 April to Tuesday 25 June.
