Relaxation & Sound Healing
Course Overview
Sound healing is a form of therapy that utilises different vibrations to heal the body, mind, and spirit.
It operates on 2 principles:
- Different emotions vibrate at different levels
- Blocked or unexpressed emotions are the main source of disease
Instruments such as gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, and Koshi chimes, as well as the human voice, can generate vibrations that put the body in a state of deep relaxation, allowing it to naturally return to a healthy and balanced state.
In these sound healing classes, Heather uses sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. By paying attention to our vibrational health and being conscious of our mental limitations, we can access our spiritual and energetic nature, allowing us to function from a position of complete mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Course Breakdown
Week 1: Introduction to Sound Healing, Setting intentions, and connection with your team in Spirit.
Week 2: Healing Activation, Everything is Vibration.
Week 3: The universe responds to your Frequency, Unconditional Love, Watch your Thoughts.
Week 4: Karmic Clearing, Balancing the Tattvas
Week 5: Establishing Pillar of light, Balance the Chakras.
Week 6: Earth Star and Archangels and energies of the 4 directions
Week 7: Soul Star and Archangels and energies of the 4 directions
Week 8: Galactic Octave of Creation
Week 9: Integration of all previous sessions Course Evaluation Feedback
Please note: week to week learning may vary from term to term for seasonal variations guided by Astrology, Numerology and Cosmic Energy events
Term Dates
Term 2 runs from Wednesday 1 May to Wednesday 26 June
Term 3 runs from Wednesday 24 July to Wednesday 18 September
Term 4 runs from Wednesday 16 October to Wednesday 11 December

Materials List
You will need a yoga mat or towel, and may like to use a pillow, blanket and eye pillow.
