Chillout Yoga Summer Edition
Course Overview
Chillout Yoga Summer Edition
Slow down, chill out and embrace the summer with three relaxing evening yoga sessions designed to restore balance and recharge your energy.
As the days grow warmer and the evenings stretch longer, our yoga practice may need to look a little different. Summer invites us to slow down, move more gently and take time to chill out. After the busyness of the festive season, it's also the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge and reflect on how we want to move into 2027.
In this three-session summer series, Kaye will guide you through a slower, gentler approach to yoga, with an emphasis on mindful movement, stretching, breathing and relaxation. Rather than focusing on a more energetic practice, these evening sessions will create space to release tension, unwind, rejuvenate and simply enjoy a moment of calm.
Kaye will adapt each session to suit the needs, abilities and experience levels of those attending, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can practise at their own pace.

Kaye Oakley
Hello, I am Kaye!I have been exploring yoga for over 25 years, and have practised different styles including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Anusara and Yin. I committed to yoga when I used it as part of my recovery from a back injury, and discovered a path to a happier, healthier and calmer life. I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years, and I have trained in Hatha, vinyasa, pre-and post-natal, yin yoga and mat Pilates with teachers in Australia and worldwide. I bring a compassionate and down-to-earth attitude to my teaching, and I believe this practice can lead to greater well-being for anybody, no matter what shape, size or challenges they bring to the yoga mat. I am passionate about creating yoga classes that support not only physical well-being but deeper inquiry and inner exploration!
