About the tutor
Tanja Schroeder
Hi, I’m Tanja. I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, certified prenatal yoga teacher, and currently completing my 500-hour advanced teacher training, including specialisations in yin yoga and yoga therapy.
I’m also a certified meditation and awareness coach, social worker, and researcher with a deep passion for supporting women throughout different stages of life.
Originally from Germany, I’ve been living in Australia since 2022, and I bring a warm, grounded approach to my teaching.
In my classes, I create a calm and supportive space where you can slow down, connect with your body and baby, and move in a way that feels nurturing and intuitive.
My background in trauma-informed care and women’s health deeply shapes how I guide breath, movement, and rest. It’s not about being flexible or experienced—it’s about feeling safe, strong, and seen exactly as you are.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
