Yoga & Qi Gong for Spring Wellbeing
Course Overview
Welcome the new season with a gentle combination of Yoga, Qi Gong, mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation.
Over eight weeks, this accessible course draws inspiration from the changing seasons, with a particular focus on renewal, flexibility, balance and mindful movement. Each class combines gentle Yoga postures with the slow, flowing movements of Qi Gong, creating a calm and supportive practice suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities.
Throughout the term, participants will explore movement, breathing and relaxation techniques designed to encourage greater body awareness, mobility and confidence. Weekly themes inspired by spring provide a different focus for each session, from letting go of tension and developing flexibility to balance, resilience and renewal.
The course is suitable for beginners, seniors and returning participants. Movements are slow and accessible, with modifications and alternatives offered according to individual ability and experience.
